I woke up this morning with thoughts running through my head. And as always, with the serendipity of life, my thoughts from this morning have already shown up on the radio and in readings with my clients. I decided to share them with everyone.

My thoughts:
The balance of life reveals itself through ebb and flow, a recurrent or rhythmical pattern of coming and going or decline and regrowth.
The tragedy of Covid has caused some people to suffer greatly and some people to be blessed.
When we are in the dark, the light we see is so much brighter. The contrast of dark and light gives us an opportunity to see clarity like we have never seen it before. The great pause we have all been forced to take in one way or another, has opened opportunities that we may have never allowed ourselves to experience.
I heard several times this morning, “Don’t waste your pain.”
My prayer is that 2020 is not dismissed, but remembered for the monumental opportunity to grow.
Helping others who may have suffered more, is a healing opportunity for everyone. Personally, it gives me a chance to see more light. For that, I am grateful!

I hope my thoughts from today will allow you to ponder and give comfort where it is needed.
