Look for The Light!

Look for the Light!
I was recently asked by a client how I was coping with everything. He wanted to check on me because he expressed how he was starting to build a defense because he was drowning in emotions and fear from others.
I felt prompted to share my answer with all of you as well.
My reply: I’m so sorry you are dealing with this.
I have honestly been really good. The more I serve others, the better I feel. I simply pray and ask for people/clients to be sent to me who I am supposed to serve. Doing this work keeps me in check and helps me remember all the blessings during this time. Yes, business has been particularly busy and I am dealing with way more death and sadness in clients right now. But I figure I am here to do a job, so breaking down will not help anyone. I also do my best to filter negative energy away from me. I keep an awareness that my journey is mine and other people are on their journey. So I try and stay in my lane while not judging what is going on in their lane. I try and see as much good as I can in the world and not add any energy to what is perceived as bad. I trust that good will come from everything in due time. I try and be a light as much as possible. I also do my best to listen to my mind and body and take breaks when needed. It’s not always easy but I try my best. I start every day with a new clean slate and try not to carry over anything from the day before. I remind myself that the world has been in far worse situations and we have always made it through. I try to remember that we are all human and here to experience life. Sometimes those experiences are not good and hard, but it’s our choice how we react to them. I try and remember that we are not always going to be on the same page as each other, but if we add more energy to what we perceive as bad, we will only see more of it. I try to flip it over when it gets bad and look for the light.
I hope this helps. Don’t give in to anything. Be the light.
Love, Beth

Psychic Tip!

Psychic Tip: Don’t let your batteries drain you …. literally! Always dispose of dead batteries properly and as soon as possible. Try not to leave them in your trash can, especially if you are occupying the room. Remember to change or recharge batteries when you see they have drained. Don’t keep dead batteries in items you are no longer using. Get rid of old items that drain batteries faster than they should. Try not to sleep next to items that require batteries.
**Note: I have received messages about batteries from spirit several times in different scenarios, including today! By design, batteries use and drain energy. When we are exposed to this and the observation of the process, our energetic field is subject to being drained as well. Batteries have also been known to be used and drained by spirits for communication and activity. As humans we are very sensitive to the changes of energy around us. Often this happens without our knowledge, but it still happens. Take advantage of protecting your energy by being aware of the practices that are within our control.
